From sketch board to reality, this is an exciting journey. Our experience in this field comes from both refitting and building in Greek shipyards where the costs are lower than elsewhere in Europe. We do, however, work with designers from all over the world to give you your personalised yacht. If you’re looking from a business aspect, when it comes to refit, we can change a dowdy looking yacht into a sought-after charter machine.

INITIAL CONSULTATION
Whether you already have a very clear idea of what you want to achieve, or you are looking for inspiration and to draw on our decades of experience, we work together to formulate a clear project brief that defines goals, timeframe, and budget. Want to build the world’s most eco friendly yacht? Or perhaps you have a 50 year-old commercial vessel you would like to restore and repurpose into a market leading charter yacht? Whatever the brief, we can help.
PROJECT BRIEF
Basis our initial consultation, we identify the most suitable yard(s), designers (interior/exterior) and any relevant suppliers, before presenting options and negotiating on your behalf.
CONTRACT
Agreements are drawn up and finalised for works to commence.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Yachtsman acts as the central coordinator to ensure that all service providers remain aligned and on schedule in delivering your vision.
DELIVERY
She’s here. Following successful sea trials, we can assist with any crewing requirements and ongoing management, to ensure you reap maximum reward out of your yacht.
ONGOING SUPPORT
We remain in touch beyond delivery to take care of any repairs and warranties, and support you in ensuring the enjoyment of your yacht is a seamless experience.
