A well exhibited yacht will make a difference to a potential buyer. You are not only selling a yacht, you are selling an experience and that is the difference in how we suggest you showcase it.

Our sales brokers will advise on the correct value of your yacht. They will compare like yachts in the industry and come back to you with a sales report.

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING
The yacht will be advertised throughout the brokerage community and will be advertised wherever possible in yacht publications. Wherever possible, depending on the location of the vessel, we would suggest including it in boat shows.

THE SALE
Your broker will guide you through the process. Negotiating the price will be the first step. This will be affected by the condition of the boat, the year of build, warranties and so on. Surveys may be requested by the buyer, normally at their expense.

CONCLUDING SALE
It is common after paying a deposit and prior to completing a sale, for the buyer to request a sea trial. Once everything is satisfactory on all sides, the final paperwork will be completed. Our aim is for you to know that you have the best deal. Time to become a buyer!
